The design proposition.
A sculpted residential approach where the basement driveway is treated as part of the architecture rather than a secondary engineering element. The entry axis, landscape, lighting and material changes create a deliberate sense of arrival.
Design intent
A restrained composition of pale stone-like masses, warm vertical timber and dark glazing creates a premium residential identity while maintaining practical access and buildability.
